Progress Report 29 November 2006

I tried the three things that made me happy idea. As I fell to sleep I thought back over at least three things that made me happy during the day:
1. I introduced the class to the idea of improving happiness and they all seemed enthusiastic. It is nice to be valued.
2. A colleague was very supportive about my plans for next year. It is always good to know that people wish you well in life and think highly of you.
3. I was able to meet a personal goal regarding my level of fitness. I did it!
